These illustrations and 20 others needed to be created to aid Intercom help articles for our B2B product, Agility. I suggested the use of simple illustrations over screenshots because we have two major clients, each with different site branding and these images needed to aid users across both their platforms.
The illustrations allow us to point out key information to the user whilst maintaining an aesthetic that stands apart from specific branding decisions, and allows us to hide uneccesary or excess information.
The base colour palette provides a muted backdrop, whilst the bright blue accent highlights information and actions that are specified in the article. I created additional guidelines to assist in the creation of future illustrations.
