Literotica is a pre-existing erotic fiction website that allows amateur authors to write and post erotic stories that can be read by others. It is a largely female dominated platform and has millions of users a month. Despite this, their site still feels very dated and not very user-friendly. They recently launched a mobile responsive site that allows for a better experience on mobile but there is still much room for improvement.

I thought it would be fun to set myself the challenge to re-brand and re-design the Literotica site as an app within a single Sunday. It was an incredibly fun project that I really enjoyed and was a little different to the designs I usually produce on a daily basis.

The fantastic icon set used for the category tiles were designed by Leopold Merleau on Noun Project.
